The patient's medication list is checked against the full contraindication list — nitrates (any form), alpha-blockers for BPH, PDE5 hypersensitivity, and concurrent CYP3A4 inhibitors. Any positive screen triggers a physician message before approval.
A board-certified physician in our 47-physician network signs the prescription, selects 25mg as the daily-use starting dose, and transmits it electronically to the dispensing pharmacy. The patient receives the physician's name and credentials in the order confirmation.
